I've been seeing this guy on the corner here in Everett, WA for weeks. He's sort of a performer in his presence. "My wife died," he smiled, "And now I can do what I want." Turns out he's from Tonga. He was pretty approachable. He's serious about thinking the USA is the greatest country on earth.
